Using our discussion form

For the usage of the online-forum of the Beverage Business Network (BeBuNet) the General Terms and Conditions of Business of the BeBuNet shall apply. Additionally the following rules shall apply:

Usage of the Forum
Please give your article a meaningful and relevant title, so it can be found easily.

Code of conduct for the User
If you use an internet forum, the same rules of etiquette shall be maintained as in “real life”, this means a respectful and polite way of conversation. Particularly you are not allowed:

1. to act or behave against the law, to harm, to threaten, to misuse, to harass, to defame, to terrify, to act vulgar, obscene, racist, pornographic, insulting, to trivialize or glamorize violence, or to act immoral or against public policy.
2. to place internet-links to WebPages, which disregard the aforesaid rules or which violate the law or public policy for other reasons.
3. to infringe any third parties rights, for example third parties intellectual property rights or trademark rights.
4. to disclose your login name and password to third persons.
5. to bother other users, particularly by sending spam emails or chain emails.
6. to publish email correspondence without the permission of all involved persons.

Upon the infringement of these rules, grieblmedia may act on its discretion and may exclude the User from the Forum, certain services of the Forum or the complete access to the BeBuNet on a temporarily or permanent basis, and if necessary grieblmedia may take additional measures to remedy the infringement.

Responsibility for communication within the forum:
Every User is responsible for the content, she/he publishes and disseminates within the community. The responsibility for expressions of other Users lies within the person which is the originator of this expression. grieblmedia cannot supervise completely the various forums and cannot guarantee the correctness of the published articles and information. It can practically not be guaranteed that all Users will always act accordant to the aforesaid rules.

If you find out, that Users do not respect the aforesaid rules, we may ask you to inform us, so we can take action against infringements.

grieblmedia will delete or shorten names and articles, if they are infringing the aforesaid rules, or if they infringe any other public policy, if grieblmedia gets knowledge of this.

grieblmedia does not warrant, that the articles and information in the forum will exist there permanently and will not be editorial deleted or may get lost. Please back up your data.

Using the articles in the forum
Your articles in the forum can be accessed within the BeBuNet by all other registered Users for reading.

grieblmedia shall be allowed to exploit the content of the forum also by using other internet-media technologies and internet based methods of publishing and exploitation, for example but not limited to RSS-feeds, other internet-portals and mobile internet platforms (like a mobile version of the BeBuNet). grieblmedia will always publish the name of the author if known to grieblmedia.

This assignment of rights shall be without consideration in return for publishing the article on the forum. Sections 32, 32a of the German Intellectual Property Law (UrhG) shall remain unattended.

You are only allowed to post articles in the forum, if you are the author and this is happening in your name, or if the author does explicitly agree to the publishing.

Indemnification by the User
The User hereby indemnifies grieblmedia, and all representatives, employees, shareholders and vicarious agents from each and any claim, that is caused by a culpable breach or neglect of duty, particularly if caused by breach of the aforesaid rules. If the breach or neglect of duty of the User leads to damages of grieblmedia, the User shall bear these damages completely. This comprises the necessary legal costs and expenses.

If a third party claim is asserted against grieblmedia, the User shall be obliged to supply grieblmedia without delay with all information that are necessary to validate the third parties claim.

However, the postings under your name regularly shall not be deleted, as this would also delete the coherence in the threads (the chain of postings). Please consider this before posting an article. If requested by the user, the username associated to the posting may be deleted.

You may demand the complete deletion of a posting, or of parts of a posting, it this posting infringes the rules of conduct of the forum, is there is a legal requirement for deletion, or it the user demands this for another important cause.

Conflict between German and English Version of these Rules
These Rules have been drafted in German and in English. For purposes of interpretation of these Rules and in case of any possible conflict between German and English text the German version shall be decisive and shall prevail.
